We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new premium membership purchases. You are eligible for a full refund if:

- ✓You have not violated our Terms of Service
- ✓You provide a valid reason for the refund request
Technical Issues
Full or partial refunds may be issued if you experience persistent technical issues that:

Duplicate Charges
If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate charges. Please contact us immediately if you notice duplicate charges on your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are NOT eligible for refunds:

- ✗Partial month refunds for monthly memberships
- ✗Account suspensions or terminations due to Terms of Service violations
- ✗Change of mind after the 7-day period has elapsed
- ✗Premium features already utilized or accessed
- ✗Add-on services or one-time purchases
- ✗Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date
Important: Once you have utilized premium features (such as viewing contact details, sending messages, or accessing advanced search), your membership is considered "used" and may not be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team.
Important Notes About Cancellation:
- •Canceling your membership stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund
- •You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- •To receive a refund, you must explicitly request one within the eligible period
- •Auto-renewal must be canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges
